How do I access my files after purchase?
After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a download link. You can also access your files anytime by logging into your account and visiting your order history.
How many times can I download my files?
You can re-download your purchased files at any time through your account. If you experience any issues accessing your downloads, contact us and we'll help right away.
What file formats are included?
Most curriculum files are delivered as PDFs. Select curriculums include lyric videos in MP4 format. If you need a different format for accessibility reasons, please reach out to us.
Can I print the materials?
Yes! You are welcome to print curriculum materials for use within your ministry. Files are formatted for standard letter-size (8.5" x 11") printing.
I didn't receive my download email. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us with your order number and we'll resend your download link promptly.

What age range is Kiddo Mission Press curriculum designed for?
Our VBS curriculum is designed primarily for children ages 4–12, with adaptable activities suitable for mixed-age groups common in church settings.
What is included in a curriculum purchase?
Each curriculum includes a leader guide, small group materials, craft instructions, game ideas, and lyric videos (MP4) where applicable. Specific contents vary by program — check each product page for a full list.
Do I need any special equipment to run the program?
A screen or projector for displaying lyric videos and a printer for materials are all you need. No special technology is required.
Can I adapt the curriculum for my church's needs?
Yes! You are welcome to adjust schedules, simplify activities, or modify crafts to fit your group size and setting. See the music licensing section below for guidelines on adapting songs.
Music Licensing
Are the songs original?
Kiddo Mission Press offers different types of music depending on the curriculum:
Lantern Reef Expedition:
All songs are fully original works created exclusively for this program.
Most other Kiddo Mission Press VBS curriculums:
Only the theme song is original. All other music is performed using recommended existing worship songs chosen to fit the curriculum's theme.
The Great Jerusalem Marketplace Adventure:
This curriculum uses outside song suggestions only and does not include original songs.
What rights do I receive when I purchase a curriculum?
Your purchase includes a ministry‑use license, allowing your church, school, or organization to:
- Perform the included original theme songs (and all original songs in Lantern Reef)
- Teach motions and choreography
- Play lyric videos during VBS, rehearsals, and events
- Print lyric sheets for participants
- Use songs in internal recap videos or slideshows
- Use the songs in future years within your own ministry
This license applies only to original Kiddo Mission Press songs.
Can I post the songs online?
You may share short clips of kids singing or performing the songs as part of your VBS recap.
You may not upload:
- Full lyric videos (MP4)
- Full‑length recordings
- Downloadable versions of original songs
This protects the originality and value of Kiddo Mission Press content.
Can I share the songs with another church?
No. Each church or ministry must purchase its own copy of the curriculum to receive usage rights.
Can I remix or adapt the songs?
You may:
- Simplify lyrics for teaching
- Adjust motions
- Change tempo for live performance
You may not:
- Create new commercial versions
- Produce remixes for distribution
- Rewrite songs for sale or public release
Can I sell CDs, USBs, or digital downloads of the songs?
No. Redistribution or resale of original Kiddo Mission Press music in any format is not permitted.
Can I use the songs in future years?
Yes — once purchased, your ministry may continue using the original songs indefinitely within your own programs.
Does my license cover multiple campuses or locations?
Each license covers one physical location. If your church has multiple campuses, each location will need its own license.
Technical Support
I can't open my PDF files. What should I do?
Make sure you have a PDF reader installed, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader (free) or any modern web browser. If files appear corrupted, contact us and we'll provide a fresh download link.
My lyric videos won't play. What should I try?
Lyric videos are provided as MP4 files, compatible with most devices and media players. Try opening them with VLC Media Player, Windows Media Player, or QuickTime on Mac. They also work great displayed through a projector or TV via HDMI. Contact us if you continue to have trouble.
Can I use the materials on a tablet or mobile device?
Yes! PDFs and MP4 lyric videos work on all major devices including iPads, Android tablets, and smartphones.
Returns & Refunds
Do you offer refunds on digital products?
Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly upon purchase, we are generally unable to offer refunds once files have been accessed. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
What if I purchased the wrong curriculum?
Contact us as soon as possible before downloading your files. We'll do our best to help you exchange for the correct curriculum.
