All Sales Are Final Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been accessed or downloaded.

Download Issues If you experience a technical problem with your download — such as a corrupted file or a broken link — please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will promptly send you a working file at no additional charge.

Incorrect Purchase If you purchased the wrong product by mistake and have not yet downloaded the file, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

License Violations Refunds will not be issued in cases where materials have been shared, redistributed, or used in violation of our Single-Site License Agreement.
